Personalized support for emotional, behavioral, and psychological concerns affecting relationships, work, physical health, or everyday life.

    Understanding your care

    Start with what’s
    happening now.

People seek behavioral-health care for many different reasons. You may be experiencing anxiety, depression, chronic stress, emotional instability, grief, a major life transition, or recurring patterns that are becoming harder to manage.

You may also simply know that something needs to change. You do not need to diagnose yourself before contacting Lumina. Our team can listen to what is happening, answer questions, and help identify an appropriate next step.

    Our approach

Care that looks at the whole picture

Mental health, trauma, substance use, relationships, physical wellness, and daily circumstances often affect one another. Lumina looks at the full picture. Treatment plans respond to what an individual is experiencing now while also addressing patterns, experiences, challenges, and recovery needs beneath the surface.

    Your next step

An individualized plan, developed with you

Depending on clinical needs and the individual treatment plan, care may include individual counseling, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy skills, and coordination with other healthcare professionals. Online mental health therapy through secure video visits, in-person outpatient appointments, or a combination of both may be available when clinically appropriate.

Telehealth availability depends on clinical appropriateness, client location, provider licensure, and applicable regulations.

    Let’s understand what comes next.

You don’t need a diagnosis, a referral plan, or all the right words before reaching out. Start with what is happening today.
